Austin and Keira made mailboxes to send the letters to Santa, they have little Santa flags we made and everything... If the flag is up, then Santa left them a note... I know they should be on the mantle, but the kids are too short to see up there yet, so we set them next to the Mack Dog tree and Santa's Cookie Plate....
