The Alamo
As most of you know we went to San Antonio this past week to help Joe (PaPa - The kid's GREAT-grandfather) celebrate his 80th birthday (WOW)..here are a few pictures of the trip..we had a lot of fun..it is the 175 anniversary of the Alamo and we went to visit it..they had re-enactments, lots of people and they are now taking pictures in front of it..Those pics aren't the best, but we have 4 generations together !!! We had so much fun..We stayed right on the Riverwalk in a beautiful suite my husband was able to con them out of at a really cheap price..lol (he's good at that)..Keira has been to the Alamo, but this was Austin's first time..it was really busy there, but there is still that "vibe" there..we will take the kids back when it's not as busy so they can learn more about what happened there..
