Another One Goes Down

Picked Keira up from Grandma's today and she tells me Keira feels hot and is droopy... Yup!!! 103.2 and really tired!!! Crap crap crap!! So now she's got???? Her fever came down to 102.5 with infant Tylenol (Shane will be bringing home big girls Tylenol.. All I have is Motrin for her) so we will see what happens with real Tylenol.. Luckily my MIL has some time tomorrow afternoon to stay with her, I really didn't want to cancel Austin's ENT appt., but I couldn't take her down there either.... Sigh
